The business was first installed at St Christophe la Couperie in the Maine et Loire, but the site became too small to accommodate the development of its activity, so a new site was sought without any size constraints.

The Baron distillery chose this ideal site of 3 hectares area at la Remaudière, a commune in the canton of le Loroux-Bottereau, in the Loire-Atlantique, which has the following facilities.
